1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting reservation requests, or entering the physical premises of Blacksheep in Protea Glen, Soweto, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these guidelines, you must not use our online booking platform or enter our establishment.

2. Booking & Reservation Policies

Because seating capacity and artist scheduling are extremely limited, the following guidelines govern reservations:

• Booking Deposits: Both table reservations for special lounge events and tattoo consultation sessions may require a booking deposit to secure the slot.
• Cancellation & Rescheduling: Deposits are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your tattoo consultation or table booking up to 48 hours prior to the slot time without forfeiting your deposit.
• Late Arrivals: If you are more than 20 minutes late for your scheduled tattoo slot, it may be cancelled, and you will forfeit your booking deposit.

3. Tattoo Studio Safety & Code of Conduct

To ensure a hygienic, professional, and compliant environment, we enforce strict studio protocols:

• Sobriety Constraint: Clients must be completely sober. We strictly refuse to perform tattoo sessions on anyone under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or illicit drugs. Forfeiture of deposit will occur in these cases.
• Age Mandate: In accordance with legal requirements, tattoos are only performed on individuals aged 18 or above. You must bring a government-issued photo ID.
• Health Disclosures: You must disclose allergies, blood-borne conditions, or pregnancy on our consent form prior to inking.

4. Social Lounge Guidelines

Our evening lounge is built on quality, community, and respect. Management reserves the right to deny entry or request individuals to leave the lounge for inappropriate conduct, harassment of other guests or staff, or failing to adhere to the dress code for specific signature events.

5. Intellectual Property

All design elements, original tattoo layouts drafted by our studio resident artists, custom logo assets, and site photography are the intellectual property of Blacksheep. They may not be reproduced, copied, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from management.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tattooing is an invasive process involving permanent skin modification. While our studio operates to rigorous clinical sterilization specifications, Blacksheep and its artists are not liable for skin irritation, ink migration, minor infections, or allergies resulting from inadequate post-care, which is solely the client's responsibility.

7. Amendments to Terms

Blacksheep reserves the right to amend these terms at any point. Continued use of our reservation portals or visiting our premises following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms of Service.
